ARE YOUR PIGMENTS VEGAN?

Yes. All of our pigments are vegan and have no traces of animal product in them. 

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

No we do not test on animals.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We currently only ship within the United States and are working on worldwide shipping at the moment.  

ARE YOUR PIGMENTS SAFE TO USE AROUND THE EYES?

Yes. All of our pigment shades are FDA approved and safe to use around the immediate eye area.  

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made, packaged and distributed in the United States with some foreign materials.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ITEM?

We strive to process all orders as quickly as we can, however it may occasionally take 1-3 days to process your order. During holidays, new releases, and restocks it may take 4-6 days due to high volume. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? 

No. Due to the nature of the product and for sanitary purposes, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is anything wrong with your order please contact us at info@toffeecosmetics.com and we will assist you accordingly.   

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

 No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHAT IF USPS MARKS MY PACKAGE AS UNDELIVERABLE?

If your package is determined to be undeliverable by USPS, it will be returned to us. Once we physically receive your package and confirm that it was undeliverable, we will issue a full refund for your order. You will be notified when this happens! Unfortunately, we are unable to reship orders that are returned to us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED

If you return your order to us:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products our return policy does not offer returns! All sales are final. If you choose to return your order to us, the order will be refused at our HQ once it is determined to be an unauthorized return.

If your package was returned to us by USPS:

Unfortunately, we are unable to reship a package that is determined to be undeliverable by USPS. We are also unable to provide more detailed information as to why your order was returned by USPS.

You can use your tracking number to estimate when your package will return to us. We will issue a refund once we physically receive your order back at our HQ and confirm that your package was undeliverable. If you would like to purchase the same items, you will need to place another order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES

You may or may not have to pay custom fees, taxes, duties. Toffee Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for these fees and will NOT reimburse you. You may deny the package and when it comes back to us we will issue a full refund IF package is NOT open. If you want it shipped back, custom fees may still apply. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. 

DO YOU SEND OUT PR? 

We do not send out PR at the moment but may do so in the future. We do however love to support and repost photos of our products in use, on our Instagram.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and AfterPay*!   *AfterPay is currently only available for customers within the U.S.!
