Returns


Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns at this time. However there are instances in which we will issue a refund to the customer; (1) If your package is deemed undeliverable by the USPS, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package and confirm that it was undeliverable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

Please do not send your order back to us. If you do not want your order, you may refuse delivery and USPS will send the order back to us. Once the item is delivered to us and once we have verified that the package is unopened, we will issue you a refund for the returned products, however shipping charges will not be refunded. This may take up to 14 days.  Items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacements of any kind.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
